Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Remedy On-Call team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients and their customers reputed company phone and chat. You will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, handling a high volume of calls and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
