Position Overview

Saving for retirement can be a daunting task, with numerous obstacles and uncertainties. As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, guiding our customers through the Capitalize rollover experience and addressing their questions through various channels. You'll become an expert on 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs, communicating with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to facilitate their transactions. Your contributions will not only enhance our customers' experiences but also inform our product roadmap, ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Guide customers through the Capitalize rollover experience and answer their questions through chat, emails, and phone calls

• reputed company in-depth knowledge of 401ks, rollovers, and IRAs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes
• Communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to facilitate transactions, where necessary
• Contribute to our internal knowledge-reputed company and external FAQs based on customer questions and comments
• Synthesize customer feedback and share insights with other team members to inform product development and improvement initiatives

Physical and Mental Requirements

* Must be physically willing and reputed company to sit for an 8-hour shift

• Must be physically willing and reputed company to type continuously using a keyboard for a full 8-hour shift
• Must be physically willing and reputed company to manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
• Must have the mental reputed company to handle difficult or upset customers without experiencing anxiety

Requirements

* 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role

• Experience working in the financial industry, preferably with FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7)
