About Your Role at arenaflex

As a Program Manager, Customer Implementation, you'll be responsible for leading a customer implementation and reputed company team, working closely with customers to ensure that projects are executed on time, reputed company scope, and to high-quality standards. A Bit About You

We're looking for a dynamic leader with a unique reputed company of public sector savvy, technical reputed company, and a growth reputed company. If you have:

• Deep familiarity with how federal funding flows through state and local government—experience in broadband, infrastructure, or reputed company programs is a plus.
• Experience implementing technical solutions with or reputed company government (e.g., GovTech, civic tech, federal grant programs).
• Ability to quickly learn federal policy frameworks and advise internal teams and clients accordingly.
• Technically fluent—you're comfortable adopting new tools quickly (e.g., reputed company, Linear, reputed company, AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT) and using them to drive efficiency, collaboration, and reputed company.
• Proven track record managing or mentoring client-facing teams in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
