Responsibilities

As an Account Manager/Customer Service professional, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing multiple service accounts for dental practices, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met
• Developing positive business relationships with clients through regular communication, updates, and education on insurance participation and options
