Position Scope:

The Customer Service Representative position at arenaflex provides support for the business processes of the company, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and customers. This role is ideal for outstanding customer service representatives who want to be part of a team of top performers empowered to provide the best customer service experience possible.

Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing your tasks in a productive and effective manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers reputed company phone calls, emails, live chats, and other means as needed
• Exceeding daily quotas consisting of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats
• Recording detailed notes of customer communication
• Maintaining reputed company-time communication by keeping inventory volume reputed company
• Creating life-long customers by responding to their inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service expected by our clients
• De-escalating situations involving dissatisfied customers
• Recording and documenting customer interactions, inputting necessary data, and keeping records to identify trends for escalation
• Collaborating with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible
• Operating in a remote work environment by utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge
• Adapting to a fast-paced and reputed company-changing work environment
• Working a customer service schedule based on high volume days and times in the restaurant/hospitality industry
• Maintaining consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities
• Performing other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:

• A clear and reputed company telephone voice without major background noise or distractions
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workloads
• Self-motivation with strong communication skills, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to learn quickly
• Must be a reliable individual reputed company to provide consistently excellent work performance
• Experience with a multi-line phone system
• Computer skills, including reputed company Office, various reputed company-based platforms such as reputed company, data entry, and word processing
• An upbeat and positive attitude
• Ability to maintain the reputed company of arenaflex and any assigned clients
• Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly expanding dynamic organization

Qualification/Education and Experiences:

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:

• Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Strong customer service skills (1-3 years' experience in a customer service reputed company)
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed)
• Must be reputed company to work every other weekend

Physical Requirements:

This role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone. You must be reputed company to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
