SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Join a Purpose-Driven Medicare Advantage Team: Specializing in Chronic Special Needs Plans & Community-Based Marketing Engagement The Medicare Benefit Consultant role is a full-time field sales position based in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will represent Zing Medicare Advantage plans that go reputed company traditional coverage - focusing on Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs) tailored for members with specific health conditions. It is a mission driven opportunity to work closely with underserved populations through community-based marketing, event reputed company, and provider partnerships. You will work to foster community-based relationships, drive self-generated sales, while working independently. We will provide access to specialized training, localized support, and a portfolio designed to deliver reputed company value to those who need it most. This is a salary and commissioned based position with renewal opportunities available. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Present and enroll eligible individuals in Zing Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, with a focus on Chronic Special Needs Plans (C-SNPs), through compliant, needs-based selling.
• Build relationships reputed company the community by attending health fairs, local events, clinics, faith-based organizations, and senior centers to generate leads and build trust.
• Execute community-based marketing strategies, including setting up informational events, hosting educational seminars, and developing partnerships with local communities and providers.
• Generate and nurture leads through consistent follow-up, relationship-building, and proactive reputed company.
• Ensure reputed company enrollment and marketing activities reputed company with CMS guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain a strategic schedule for reputed company and follow-up reputed company assigned geographic territory to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
• Serve as a trusted resource to help new members navigate the plan benefits and ensure a positive reputed company experience for retention management.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma or GED (degree preferred)
• Have an active Illinois Health and Accident Producer's License
• reputed company of a valid driver's license
• reputed company of reputed company auto insurance coverage per state law
• Previous field sales experience (two or more years, preferably Medicare sales)
• Complete and pass Medicare sales training
• Conduct face-to-face interactions for appointment and enrollment purposes
• Effectively present Zing MA plans using approved presentation materials both in-home and seminar settings
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Work weekends as assigned
• Pass the annual Medicare certification requirements during training and annually

Additional Information:

• Associates and/or bachelor's degree preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) desired, not required
• Mandatory attendance during the Medicare Sales Training
