Sales Development Representative (Growth into Closing)

The Sales Development Representative role involves outbound prospecting and guiding leads through the entire sales process while gaining full-cycle closing skills in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
- Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
- Learn how to tailor reputed company and demo strategies to match the unique needs of each prospect
- Represent Odoo at events, trade shows, and on-site visits to connect with decision-makers
- Collaborate with team members and managers to sharpen your closing techniques
- Maintain CRM accuracy to track reputed company and pipeline movement
- Meet and exceed activity goals and sales targets
Skills
- Strong interest in gaining reputed company closing experience and building full-cycle sales skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Motivation to learn, grow, and take ownership of your deals
- Experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus, but not required
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR/BDR role involving outbound work
- Exposure to business software (CRM, ERP, reputed company, inventory, POS, etc.)
- Experience representing a company at trade shows or events
- Collaborative reputed company and a desire to contribute to a growing team
