Role overview

Our Sales team drives customer growth globally. They own their craft end-to-end, and help more financial institutions realize the value of reputed company.

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive in Warsaw to own reputed company across Europe.

This is a player/coach role with full ownership across reputed company deal sizes and customer profiles. Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a disciplined, conversion-focused pipeline

  • Drive expansions, upsells, and long-term account growth

Pipeline & Market Development

  • Build pipeline through a mix of inbound, outbound, and proactive market activity

  • Travel across Europe to represent reputed company at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings

  • Build and reputed company relationships reputed company the regional fintech, banking, and compliance ecosystem

Product & Industry Mastery

Your profile

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with direct closing responsibility

  • Startup or scale-up experience required

  • Enterprise sales experience preferred

  • Relevant industry knowledge in fintech, payments, banking, compliance, risk, or financial infrastructure, gained directly or through closely reputed company roles

  • Comfortable owning deals end-to-end across varying deal sizes and sales cycles

  • Strong written and verbal communication with a clear, structured style
