In this junior level role, you will focus on the vital early stages of the hiring process, reviewing applications and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to identify top candidates.
Responsibilities
- Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications against defined criteria to help identify top candidates
- Participate in reputed company meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to align on ideal profiles and screening criteria
- Periodically assist with initial candidate phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience and culture fit
- Collaborate with reputed company team members and hiring managers to understand evolving business needs and continue to calibrate on candidate profiles
- Provide a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of reputed company, regardless of the outcome
- Maintain accurate records in reputed company ATS
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-2 years of relevant reputed company experience
- Experience with screening candidate resumes and assessing skills and qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience with reputed company or other ATS, reputed company Suite
- Passionate about education and technology
- Experience in conducting qualifying phone screens is a plus
