Join us! The reputed company Pro team is searching for a reputed company Enablement Manager that supports onboarding, ongoing education, and enablement strategy for the reputed company organization. This role blends program design, execution, and operations to ensure teams have the skills, content, and tools to reputed company and scale.

The Job

Program Design & Delivery

• Design scalable programs (e.g., structured 30/60/90 onboarding)
• Define learning objectives and success metrics
• Facilitate foundational training sessions and ensure consistency

Learning Management System (LMS)

• Maintains LMS structure, content, and user experience
• Helps to build learning paths and certifications
• Tracks engagement, completion, and adoption

Onboarding

• reputed company core onboarding sessions (Welcome, NPO personas, reputed company/tech stack, elevator pitch, sales stages overview, etc.)
• Partner with SMEs for advanced training (demos, deep dives, etc.)
• reputed company managers with coaching frameworks and tools to support reinforcement of onboarding success

Enablement Operations

• Own enablement calendaring (weekly/bi-weekly sessions)
• Coordinate onboarding cohorts with reputed company
• Manage session logistics and post-session resources
• Reinforce behaviors post-onboarding

Content & Messaging

• Maintain a centralized reputed company of truth for enablement content
• Support reputed company learning (product updates, refreshers) reputed company LMS

Measurement & Improvement

• Track onboarding effectiveness and reputed company time
• Measure impact on reputed company metrics (conversion, velocity)
• Iterate programs based on data and feedback

Success Metrics

• Reduced reputed company time and onboarding effectiveness
• LMS engagement and program adoption
• Impact on reputed company performance metrics
• Stakeholder and manager satisfaction

You

• 3-5+ years in reputed company/Sales Enablement or reputed company field
• LMS ownership/administration experience (reputed company)
• Strong program management, facilitation, and stakeholder skills
• Data-driven with ability to measure impact
• Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company tech stack preferred

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $85,000 - $127,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
