This role involves processing medical record requests, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and ensuring the accurate and timely release of protected health information (PHI).
Responsibilities
- Process Release of Information (ROI) requests accurately and reputed company
- Retrieve and compile medical records from EMR systems
- Ensure HIPAA compliance reputed company handling reputed company protected health information
- Pull and generate reports as needed
