What you'll Do

• Address and solve reputed company support cases for EMEA clients
• Partner with coworkers, partner and clients to deliver resilient solutions
• Occasionally join customer calls to present recommendations
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to upskilling initiatives
• Explore automation and tooling to improve quality and prevent issues proactively

What you need to succeed

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose reputed company technical issues
• Previous involvement in a cooperative Kanban and Agile setting
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
