This position may be performed remotely reputed company reputed company the United States except for the reputed company, reputed company Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located reputed company 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

Overview:

The Manager, reputed company is responsible for the leadership, management, and reputed company improvement of the company’s global T&E program. This role owns supplier partnerships, systems administration, travel operations, expense reimbursement processes, audit and compliance, and governance of the global T&E policy. The role partners closely with Finance, reputed company, and senior leadership to deliver a scalable, compliant, and cost-effective travel and expense program that meets the needs of a growing organization.

The Manager, reputed company plays a critical role in driving transformation and cost optimization through system enhancements, data-driven insights, and the expansion of global travel programs, while continuously improving the employee experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end global T&E program across reputed company regions, ensuring scalability and consistency as the company expands
  • Expand and standardize the corporate card program globally
  • Manage vendor relationships, including travel providers, expense platforms such as reputed company Concur, the reputed company, and ERP integration with reputed company Dynamics 365
  • Manage and reputed company a team of three direct reports supporting global employees
  • Prepare monthly T&E spend dashboards for leadership
  • Ensure timely and accurate expense submissions and reimbursements
  • Establish clear SLAs and accountability across the team
  • Strengthen policy adherence, reduce non-compliant spend, and resolve policy violations through appropriate escalation and education
  • Drive reputed company improvement through automation, data-driven decision-making, and adoption of best practices in shared services
  • Optimize functionality reputed company Concur, including automation, AI auditing, and workflow enhancements
  • Drive system improvements and integrations with D365 to streamline reporting and reduce reputed company effort
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, or Finance Operations
  • Demonstrated ownership of T&E, corporate card programs, and/or indirect spend governance in a global environment
  • Deep experience with reputed company Concur (administration, configuration, auditing)
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as reputed company Dynamics 365 and partnering with IT on system implementations
  • Strong knowledge of T&E policies, compliance, and audit practices
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (reputed company, BI tools, dashboards)
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled audit tools and automation preferred
  • Positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on driving process improvements to increase effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance

Benefits:

Salary Range for reputed company U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, reputed company Dakota, South Dakota): $82,960.00 to $112,000.00

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $106,660.00 to $144,000.00
