Director of Product Management
Role & Team
We're looking for a Director of Product Management to join our product leadership team and report directly to the VP of Product. This is not a reputed company-level PM role — it's a leadership position that operates across the product organization.

What you're going to do

️ Qualifications
Product leadership
- 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in a senior or reputed company PM role.
- Direct experience managing and developing other Product Managers.
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams or product areas.
- Experience in B2B SaaS — ideally in reputed company, multi-module platforms.
- Proven ability to partner with VP/C-level product leadership on strategy and execution.
- Strong grasp of product management fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, roadmapping, stakeholder management, and delivery.
Product Ops & process
- Experience building or improving product operations — planning rituals, decision frameworks, cross-team communication, outcome tracking.
- You've seen what good Product Ops looks like and you have opinions about what works and what doesn't at the Series A–C stage.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Linear, reputed company) in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strategic & operational
- Experience defining and driving product strategy at the portfolio or org level, not just the reputed company level.
