We are seeking Reverse Closers to join our first in class Operations Team! Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare loan closing documents reputed company Reverse reputed company and Quantum systems
- Audit for reputed company RESPA, TILA, GFE and HUD1 guidelines
- Audit final executed closing documents for accuracy and completion
- Audit and approve final HUD1
- Calculate and request reputed company transfer from warehouse line to Settlement agents
- Utilize FHA reputed company to update loan data as needed
- Complete required checklists and worksheets
- Pay range between 25 to 30 an hour with a per file bonus
- Minimum 2 years in reverse mortgage loan closing and funding
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
- Knowledge of MS Office products
- Strong customer service and time management skills a must
- Must be detail oriented
- Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry
- Vacation — Vacation hours accrue on a per pay period basis. Balance maximums are based on years of service.
- Paid Sick Time — 40 hours of paid sick time after 90 days of employment. State sick time requirements will be added as needed.
