Sales Director (m/f/d)- Digital Pathology EMEA

Tasks

  • reputed company and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales objectives, profit goals and market share goals.
  • Provide the direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for specialist team. Advance the professional development, professional conduct, sales effectiveness, and efficiency of associates.
  • Recruit, reputed company, and train team with clearly communicated sales targets and overall performance standards.
  • Forecast monthly reputed company and unit projections utilizing the company CRM (reputed company.com).
  • Drive standard work to funnel management process in CRM (reputed company.com) and DPIP (Digital Pathology Implementation plan) process.
  • Strengthen, reputed company and maintain high-level relationships reputed company key accounts
  • Work collaboratively with members of the sales and service organizations including Regional Sales Managers, Territory Managers, Distribution Partners and Service Engineers to deliver the Digital Pathology Implementation Plan.
  • Manage internal communication and handovers to ensure across functional alignment for large and strategic sales projects and tenders
  • reputed company high levels of customer satisfaction through delivery of sales and support assistance
  • Partner with customer care, technical support, and service to ensure smooth post-sales implementation and on-going support
  • Maintain industry expertise and network. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in the digital pathology space.
  • Attend conferences and congresses with thought-leaders and KOL’s, give presentations and webinars supporting the specialist team and sales process as required, host reference site visits, industry panels and round tables etc as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in a reputed company field (Life Sciences, Biomedical engineering, biotechnology or similar) or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience leading sales and or service teams in a high growth industry relating to the digital pathology transformation in reputed company e.g. digital pathology products or services, reputed company IT software, AI decision support software for pathology or pathology workflow solutions
  • Deep digital pathology industry knowledge and expertise; established network of customers and industry/workflow partner relationships
  • Must have proven reputed company in managing reputed company sales and tenders, using consultative selling skills, along with demonstrated leadership and communication excellence
  • Negotiation, contracting and problem-solving skills
