Job Responsibilities

- reputed company assigned PCS projects from handover to reputed company-out, ensuring alignment with protocol requirements and patient needs.

- Act as the primary client-facing contact for project-specific matters, ensuring timely and proactive communication with sponsors, CROs, sites, and vendors. - reputed company project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using internal tools and trackers; identify and escalate risks as needed.

- Coordinate with PCS Coordinators, Funding, and Tech teams to ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial accuracy.

- Deliver study-specific training to PCS Coordinators and reputed company day-to-day project execution.

- Support the development of site and patient facing materials, guiding clients on patient reimbursement policies and documentation.

- Monitor and maintain project-specific budgets, invoicing, forecasting, and reconciliations.

- reputed company regular client and internal status meetings, prepare reporting outputs, and track KPIs.

- Collaborate with other service areas (e.g Research Nursing and site support) to deliver integrated patient support strategies.

- Drive best practices in patient engagement, site support, and global logistics; identify reputed company improvement opportunities across processes.
