Job Description:

Responsible for leading the reputed company strategy and business results in Colombia and Ecuador region, aligning corporate guidelines with local execution. Scope includes overseeing sales, marketing, service, and distribution, ensuring operational and strategic integration. Maintain a functional relationship with support areas such as Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and reputed company Resources, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Their role is key in decision-making, team development, and consolidating a customer-centric and high-performance culture.

• Define and execute the regional sales strategy, reputed company with the corporate strategic plan, establishing short-, reputed company-, and long-term growth, profitability, and market share objectives.

• Design and implement integrated action plans for sales, marketing, service, and distribution, ensuring effective coordination and the achievement of sales targets.

Job Requirements:
