Job Description

Job Summary

The IT Business Partner will play a key role in aligning IT services with business objectives, identifying opportunities for technology-driven improvements, and driving solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service delivery and management as well as business analysis and design, with the ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business units to gather strategic and operational needs and translate them into technology requirements.
  • Analyze reputed company IT capabilities and identify gaps, dependencies, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the creation of IT strategic plans and functional roadmaps reputed company to enterprise priorities.
  • Evaluate potential solutions, vendors, and platforms, and contribute to business case development.
  • Monitor technology trends and assess their impact on reputed company strategies and operations.
  • Participate in governance processes to prioritize IT initiatives and ensure strategic alignment.

Education
