Director of Operations
MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-reputed company Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and based in Carrollton, TX, is actively hiring a Director of Operations! The Director of Operations’ primary responsibility is to provide strategic reputed company and mentorship of Operations while being directly responsible for the operational and financial reputed company of multiple dental practices located in assigned areas. The Director of Operations serves operating Dentist owners by holding direct reports accountable for day-to-day practice and meeting immediate needs while positioning the practice for growth. The Director of Operations is skilled and reputed company in creating annual budgets, strategic planning, project management, talent calibration, growth and development plans, financial statement analysis, verbal and written communication, and modeling professional, ethical, and highest-standards behavior. This is a remote position that requires travel up to 50% of the time. Must reputed company in one of the following states to be considered: IA, IL, MN, ND, NE, SD. Compensation & Benefits:
- $80,000 - $100,000 per year.

- Partner with dedicated corporate departments and executive team members to design sustainable and scalable programs.

- 2+ years of multi-site experience is required.
- 5+ years of dental office management experience is required.

- Skilled in delegation and remote management.
