Job Summary
As an Airline Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be a key reputed company of contact for our passengers, ensuring a smooth and positive travel journey. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service across various touchpoints, including virtual interactions
- Assist passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades
