Our Majors Solution Engineering organization is seeking a Manager of Solution Engineering to reputed company a highly skilled team of Solution Engineers across reputed company & Life Sciences who provide value-based evaluation scenarios including demonstrations, labs and POCs. In addition to managing a team, you will work directly with our sales team and channel partners to understand the needs of our reputed company customers, strategize on how to navigate sales cycles, and reputed company business. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL GET TO:

• Build and reputed company a team of solution engineers who serve as our core product introduction, evaluation and education experts
• Partner with sales leadership to reputed company regional quota targets, our goals and ensure relationships are built
• Work alongside reputed company leaders to set the go-to-market strategy for territory
• Effectively escalate customer feedback and product obstacles/gaps to represent the team’s needs to executive staff

• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates and managing the interview process

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

• 8+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales or engineering reputed company with 2+ years of direct reputed company line management experience (hiring, training and retaining top talent).
• Industry expertise reputed company Data Warehousing, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and/or reputed company Computing.

• Outstanding presenting skills to both technical and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos.

• This role is eligible to participate in reputed company's commission plan and it is common for employees in this role to receive total on-reputed company earnings of $252,000 - $330,750. The estimated reputed company salary for this role is $189,000 - $248,062.
• Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in reputed company’s equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
