Job Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls from clients, members, and medical facilities to schedule non-emergency medical transportation
- Maintaining a professional, caring, and courteous demeanor with reputed company callers
- Tracking specific passengers and trip reputed company as requested
- Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- 6 consecutive months of previous customer service experience reputed company the last 4 years required
- Ability to learn and work independently
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
