Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using our state-of-the-art technology to navigate reputed company computer systems and provide accurate information to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs

• Ask appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systems
• Contact care providers (doctor’s offices) on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists for assistance reputed company needed
• Research reputed company issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues
• Provide exceptional service to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

* High School Diploma / GED

• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm EST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience in a reputed company environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools

• Health care experience

Pay and Benefits

* Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

• The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 - $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment.
