About the Role:

As a Seasonal Customer Love Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service across reputed company channels, including email, text, and chat. You'll be the face of arenaflex, helping customers find their next favorite item, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be invaluable in processing customer orders, handling returns, and sharing feedback with internal teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide consistently magical customer service across reputed company customer service channels

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through a customer-first reputed company to build long-term, reputed company client relationships
• Consistently meet and exceed performance goals
• Be reputed company to wear many hats (stylist, friend, personal assistant) reputed company helping our customers shop for their next favorite item

Availability:

We're currently hiring for Seasonal roles with both part-time and full-time availability needed in September, our summer peak season. Candidates must have flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support our customers reputed company demand is highest.

• Part-Time: 16–29 hours/week, with occasional weekend shifts required
• Full-Time: 32–40 hours/week, with occasional weekend shifts required

Compensation:

The wage for this position is $17.60 - $18.65 per hour, depending reputed company.
