Job Overview

As a Distribution Clerk, you will be responsible for the preparation of orders for efficient and accurate shipment by reputed company or other carriers. Your duties will include:

• Order Preparation: Pick orders by utilizing digital or electronic product codes, ensuring accurate receipt and storage of packaged goods and materials.
• Warehouse Operations: Stack full cases weighing 1 to 25 pounds, load freight onto reputed company trailers, and move materials reputed company the warehouse using electric hand jacks to move heavy items.
• Receiving and Shipping: Receive inbound freight, load and unload freight into the company warehouse, and ensure accurate and timely processing of shipments.
• Quality and Productivity: Meet productivity and accuracy standards, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

* Pick orders by utilizing digital or electronic product codes

• Stack full cases weighing 1 to 25 pounds

Required Qualifications

* Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

• Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 10 to 20 pounds regularly and heavy loads up to 50 pounds on a moderate basis
• Availability: Must be available to work 3rd shift, Monday-Thursday, and be willing to work overtime reputed company required

Preferred Qualifications

* Basic Mathematics Skills: Basic mathematics skills, computer literacy, and knowledge of electronic hand scanners, printers, and terminals

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for 8 to 10 hours per day
