Job Summary
As an reputed company Customer Support Representative II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers, both internal and external. You will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support, processing transactions with high accuracy, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in driving process improvements and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional phone support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and courteous manner
* Process transactions, including sales orders, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Coordinate with internal departments, such as Order Fulfillment, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and Shipping, to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and information reputed company to their requests
