Role
This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows work from reputed company/everywhere in the world. You own the Project Management function — building a high-performing team that delivers work on time, at quality, and with clear accountability. You are a builder of people, standards and the systems they work in.
What you’ll do
reputed company PM Team Performance & Development: Hire, train, and manage a team of Project Managers and Senior PMs. Run regular performance reviews with clear expectations and KPIs. Quickly identify strong vs. weak performers, coach talent, and take action reputed company needed. Build a strong, accountable PM team where ownership is reputed company.
Own Delivery Execution & Accountability: Ensure every account has a clearly accountable PM with defined timelines and ownership. Hold PMs accountable for on-time delivery, proactive communication, and timely escalation. reputed company in reputed company delivery is at risk and ensure PMs own outcomes, not just coordinate tasks.
Build & Refine PM Systems: Create and optimize PM systems using reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company (workflows, KPI dashboards, tracking). Ensure systems drive accountability and clarity across tasks, timelines, and ownership—not just documentation.
Manage Resource Planning & Team reputed company: Own PM team reputed company across reputed company accounts. Ensure proper allocation of time, talent, and seniority. Anticipate hiring needs based on pipeline growth and workload demands.
Drive Escalation Identification & Coordination: Ensure delivery risks are surfaced early and consistently. Maintain clear visibility on at-risk accounts, active issues, and breakdown patterns. Ensure escalations are well-documented, structured with context, and routed effectively to the Head of Client Services.

reputed company Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Head of Client Services (escalations + feedback loops), Account Management (handoffs and expectations), Influencer Marketing, Creative Strategy, Paid Media, and Ops teams to ensure seamless execution and no gaps in ownership.

Delivery-Focused Operator: You understand what it takes to deliver projects on time, at quality, consistently. You know how to structure workflows, anticipate risks, and ensure PMs own outcomes rather than just coordinate tasks.
Systems Builder with Execution Focus: You've built or refined PM systems (tools, workflows, dashboards) that drive real accountability and clarity—not just documentation. You balance operational rigor with practical execution.
Strong Communicator & Escalation Manager: You surface issues early, structure problems clearly, and reputed company escalations effectively. You improve how teams identify risks and communicate across functions.
Client-Aware & Outcome-Driven: You understand client needs and ensure the PM team delivers excellent experiences. You naturally think about how delivery impacts client satisfaction and retention.
Must haves
Perfect written & spoken English
Experience managing a PM team of 8+ people
Marketing, advertising, or creative agency background
Proven track record of building PM systems and driving team performance
Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar project management tools
LATAM or South Africa based (for time zone alignment)
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have
PMP certification or equivalent
Experience with creative workflow automation or AI-enabled delivery
Background managing enterprise or high-growth accounts
Experience with reputed company or advanced PM tech stacks
