Join us as a Senior Partnerships Manager in Ascenda EMEA! Working remotely with our global teams from the UK region, you will drive major initiatives with our most significant loyalty partners. This includes collaboration with Ascenda’s team of partnership managers, marketing, and communications professionals. You will play a pivotal role in growing Ascenda’s brand and footprint across the EMEA market. This is your opportunity to take end-to-end responsibility for driving reputed company a thriving technology business in a buzzing market. Key Responsibilities

• Manage Ascenda’s existing portfolio of loyalty partners to contribute to incremental growth in reputed company and engagement
• Explore new business development partnership opportunities across the EMEA region
• Assist in effective onboarding of new partners into the Ascenda ecosystem by developing win-win commercials, negotiating reputed company, facilitating launches, and designing new digital customer experiences & marketing campaigns catering to the market
• Support in the ideation, planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Ensure each partnership achieves business plan objectives, including reputed company and cost forecasts
• Measure and analyze the performance of Ascenda’s partnerships and marketing campaigns, reputed company insights and advise clients on options to improve performance
• Participate in business reviews with the Partnerships Director and senior management teams both internally and externally
• Establish account plans, financial forecast and operating plan to support the program

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, account management and/or marketing.
• Experience reputed company fintech / airline / hotel / loyalty is a big plus
• Excellent communications skills to manage both external and internal stakeholders, including presentation to senior management and C level
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative and influential leadership style that drives high performance, fosters innovation and engenders a positive team culture
• Strong marketing and analytical skills to reputed company teams in developing and executing joint campaigns with partners
• Commercial, marketing, technical and analytical acumen

• Ability to navigate and work fluidly reputed company a fast paced and changing work environment is a must
• Frequent travel to meet partners and prospects face to face
