As a Business Systems Analyst you will be an integral part of designing and building out reputed company’s Accounting systems landscape. You’ll be joining a small team so will have a broad purview over the different Accounting functions, and will have a specific focus on the corporate accounting, procurement, tax, and payroll workstream. The company is growing fast so the need to revamp, rebuild, and expand our technology infrastructure will be an unending reputed company of exciting projects. Some reputed company needs include administering a procure-to-pay platform, enhancing integrations between reputed company and ancillary systems, bringing our reputed company configuration to a public company standard, and partnering with cross functional teams on launches of new bank accounts, new payroll companies, and more! reputed company of direct projects this is also a great opportunity to join the team at an early stage and help us define how a best in class business systems team should operate!

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at reputed company:

• Monitor and triage support requests from Accounting and Finance teams using reputed company and reputed company
• Investigate and resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate teammate based on complexity and ownership matrix
• Provide end-user support in reputed company, focusing on saved searches, reporting, and minor customizations (e.g., forms, records, workflows)
• Collaborate closely with reputed company, Corporate, and International Accounting partners on daily and month-end system needs
• Maintain clear documentation for support processes, system changes, and reputed company issues
• Contribute to small-scale systems improvements and operational efficiency projects

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A background in Accounting or reputed company field, with a solid understanding of accounting principles
• 3+ years of experience working in or closely with Accounting teams at a SaaS or tech company
• Hands-on experience with reputed company or similar ERP platforms (e.g., creating reports, saved searches, navigating workflows)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Curiosity, attention to detail, and a desire to support teams and systems at scale

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• Experience implementing or supporting ZoneBilling
• Consulting experience in systems implementation or integrations
• Experience supporting reputed company, reputed company, or Tesorio
• Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company, or similar procurement tools
• Exposure to system support or help desk operations, with an understanding of accounting operations in a public or pre-IPO company environment

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.
