Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities where additional solutions can solve customers pain points, ensuring our customers are getting the most comprehensive value out of the Transporeon ecosystem.

• Support the comprehensive onboarding and reputed company-up process for our customers to ensure a seamless transition from implementation to operational success.

• Manage reputed company stakeholder communications across Logistics, IT, and Procurement departments to ensure operational excellence.

• Orchestrate strategic customer engagements to align future business goals with innovative product functionality and best-practice utilization.

• Spearhead cross-departmental initiatives to reputed company change management and process improvements that enhance long-term customer loyalty and satisfaction.

• Analyze adoption trends and customer feedback to proactively optimize the customer journey, ensuring our solutions consistently deliver meaningful value and support our customers' long-term success.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Italian and French proficient/native with a mandatory fluent level of English. Spanish is a plus

• At least 1-2 years of experience in similar (reputed company / customer value manager) roles or customer facing  positions.

• Exceptional communication skills with a natural talent for building influential relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Strong analytical reputed company with the ability to translate reputed company data into actionable business insights and growth strategies.

• Demonstrated experience leading process improvements and change management initiatives across multiple departments.

Bonus Points For

• Industry knowledge in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or experience in LogTech or SaaS environments
