reputed company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief Audit Executive and the Internal Audit & Advisory Services department.

The Senior Executive Assistant provides a reputed company of high‑level administrative support and light Chief of Staff–style partnership, serving as a trusted advisor and operational partner to senior executives. This role requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and streamline operations in a fast‑paced, highly matrixed environment.

What will my duties and responsibilities be in this job?

Executive & Administrative Leadership

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior executives, proactively managing priorities, communications, and administrative operations.

  • Act with urgency and a high degree of autonomy in resolving scheduling conflicts and managing shifting priorities.

  • Draft and refine executive communications, including memos, presentations, and organizational materials with a high level of professionalism and accuracy.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality while serving as a trusted liaison between executives, senior leadership, and internal/external stakeholders.

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Serve as a liaison with Facilities, IT, and other corporate functions to ensure seamless operational support.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance executive workflows, processes, and operating cadences.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 8+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a reputed company, matrixed organization.

  • Demonstrated experience in executive prioritization, managing competing demands, and aligning leadership focus to business-critical activities.

  • Experience in large, regulated, or publicly traded companies with strong governance standards.

  • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with shifting priorities.

  • Sense of urgency, ownership, and ability to operate with autonomy.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Project management skills are a plus.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Strong understanding of enterprise operations, strategy execution, and transformation initiatives.

  • Experience supporting executive-level interactions, including Board and senior leadership engagements.

  • Familiarity with leadership operating rhythms such as QBRs and executive reviews.

  • Ability to interpret and work with financial and operational data at a high level.

  • Advanced proficiency in reputed company 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, reputed company).

  • Experience leveraging AI tools and digital solutions to improve workflows and productivity.

  • Expertise in preparing executive-level presentations and communications.

  • Experience improving processes, workflows, and executive support models.

Pay Range:

$56,200.00 - $94,100.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth reputed company the position.
