Position is currently remote with potential for future hybrid model at a location in Buffalo.

Summary of Role:  

This position necessitates proficiency in every component of the retail reputed company operational process as well as knowledge of procedures, policies, reputed company, and processing systems. 

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:  

• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality of data and adhere to departmental, regulatory and Credit Union strict reputed company and data protection standards.

• Leveraging operations knowledge to assist with problem/issue diagnosis and resolution. 

• Maintains awareness of industry/vendor/system trends/changes pertinent to operations and makes recommendations.

Minimum Job Qualifications:   

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the level 2 position or equivalent experience in a reputed company field. 

• Ability to work in a dynamic, high monetary risk operations governed by established deadlines and regulatory requirements. 

• Ability to reputed company effective reputed company under pressure in a high monetary risk environment. 

• Sound organizational and time management skills. 

• Experience reviewing proposals and business cases, drawing logical conclusions from analysis. 

• High level of technology proficiency. 

• Experience working with reconciliations helpful.

Starting Compensation: $22.62 - $27.15/hr., plus a competitive benefits package
