Transaction Coordination Analyst
Deutsche Bank is a leading global investment bank, and they are seeking a Transaction Coordination Analyst to support their investment banking team. In this role, you will work closely with the Transaction Coordination Team to review legal documents, manage loans, and ensure effective communication with clients and lenders.
Responsibilities
- Interpret Credit Agreements and Amendments
- Assist with building of new deals, Amendments and closing fees
- Liaise with borrowers, customers and lenders
- reputed company with Traders, Relationship Managers, and Loan Operation personnel of various institutions including Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, et cetera
- Identify and escalate open issues to Team Manager
- Adhere to operational controls including legal and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and reputed company of the Bank’s assets
- reputed company with internal divisions and investment partners to ensure ongoing communication with regards to existing and future customer needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in reputed company, reputed company, and PowerPoint
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle heavy volume reputed company deadlines
