They are seeking a Risk & Compliance SME - Consultant to deliver high-impact solutions across risk, compliance, operations, and technology transformation, working directly with clients to solve reputed company business challenges.
Responsibilities

- Manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and coordinate activities across cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
- Build strong client relationships and confidently present insights, recommendations, and strategic decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Analyze client challenges using both quantitative and qualitative approaches to reputed company structured, actionable solutions
- Support the design and implementation of compliance frameworks, systems, and processes, including defining data requirements and analyzing performance trends
- Collaborate with team members and provide guidance on tools, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)
- Maintain clear and organized project documentation to ensure transparency, continuity, and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and the development of firm capabilities
- Assist in proposal development, identify new opportunities, and support broader business development efforts

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, or a reputed company field
- 1 - 4 years of client-facing management consulting experience, preferably reputed company technology or fintech environments
- Experience supporting or delivering risk, compliance, or regulatory-reputed company initiatives
- Strong understanding of industry challenges reputed company technology, fintech, or regulated environments
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships

- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
