Responsibilities
- Assembling written requests for information using forms and templates
- Forming Word documents for clients to respond to questionnaire packets
- Speaking with Clients to obtain documents and signatures
- Assembling and organizing client’s files
- Request and obtain medical Discovery and bills from lien providers and non-lien providers
- Providing status updates to clients
- Drafting request letters
Skills
- Proficient in English
- Proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company
- Ability to reputed company and follow an efficient calendar
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor on the phone and in reputed company communications
- Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
