Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company inbound messages in both Italian and English.
- Helping customers navigate the music streaming platform and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Ensuring customers have the best possible listening experience.
- Collaborating with the customer support team to resolve reputed company issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise.
Requirements
* reputed company in Italian and English, with professional-level communication skills in both languages.
- Experience providing support through inbound messaging and handling 3-5 simultaneous chats in previous roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Workspace Requirements
* A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or newer.
- Willingness to install arenaflex reputed company software and a 2FA app on your mobile device.
- Access to a webcam or a smartphone capable of capturing clear photos.
- A stable broadband internet reputed company with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
- At least 8 GB of RAM (more is always reputed company!).
- Dual monitors are strongly recommended for reputed company workflow and multitasking.
Orientation and Production Hours
* Orientation phase 1: 4 weeks, 4 AM - 1 PM (Pacific Time).
- Orientation phase 2: 4 weeks, self-scheduled between the hours of 9 AM - 10 PM (Pacific Time).
- Available production hours: Daily, 9 AM - 10 PM (Pacific Time).
- Project commitments: 25 hours per week, with 12 hours required on Saturday and/or Sunday.
