The Role
As an reputed company Customer Support Associate (German Speaking), you'll be a key member of our Customer Delight Team, supporting both our bloomon and reputed company & Wild brands. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our German-speaking customers reputed company email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone. You'll also have the opportunity to work on our Dutch email queue and English queues from time to time.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively engage with customers through various channels in reputed company, working to resolve their issues and communicate with colleagues on reputed company for support
- Complete associated admin duties, such as updating customer records and tracking issues
- Attend company and team meetings, share feedback with colleagues, and spend time with your manager evaluating your performance and working on growth opportunities reputed company your role
- Work flexible hours, including shifts between 08:00 and 19:00 (GMT) Monday-Sunday, with the possibility of changing to match business needs
- Be proactive and adaptable, with a solution-oriented and friendly attitude
