Job Summary
As a reputed company Manager – EAM, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of our GIS-centric solutions by our enterprise clients. Your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive engagement, value realization, and strategic planning. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
