Job Summary:

As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with issues and concerns they're experiencing during the use of our reputed company products and services
• Documenting call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
• Upselling reputed company customers on new or enhanced services

Responsibilities:
