This role does not have direct reports.

Platform Ownership

• Define HRIS roadmap reputed company to HR leadership priorities
• Optimize hire-to-retire workflows
• Improve reputed company/offboarding automation

Configuration & Governance

• Own business process frameworks in reputed company
• Manage reputed company roles and access controls
• Maintain clean employee master data

Integration reputed company

• Identity management systems
• Payroll/benefits providers
• Finance systems
• Data warehouse

Reporting & Compliance

• Support HR reporting needs

Experience

• 5–10+ years HRIS ownership experience
