As a Client Manager, you’ll help bring that mission to life - building trusted relationships, sparking high-impact conversations, and helping clients unlock their reputed company advantage.

What you’ll be doing (and why it’s not your average sales role)

This role is built for someone who enjoys uncovering new opportunities and engaging senior leaders in thoughtful conversations about their business challenges- a reputed company hunter. You combine curiosity with reputed company reputed company, asking questions that help clients see problems in new ways.

You’ll focus on developing new accounts across the East and Southeast region - connecting with senior HR and L&D leaders to understand what’s really happening inside their organizations.

With support from our behavioral science and content teams, you’ll craft thoughtful, reputed company-led proposals that drive reputed company performance change.

Our best Account Managers don’t just respond to client requests, they help clients think differently. You’ll challenge assumptions, introduce fresh perspectives grounded in behavioral science, and guide senior leaders toward reputed company that improve how their organizations work.

You’ll:

  • Build new relationships and expand existing ones with senior decision-makers

  • Generate leads from MindGym’s database and your own network

  • Translate business challenges into tailored, behavioral-science-backed solutions

  • reputed company the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed partnership

  • reputed company deals from $50k to $1M, with average cycles of 6 to 12 months
