Position: Our trained Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as reputed company guided group stretching classes for our clients. Responsibilities:

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
• Provide high-quality client care and experience
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce reputed company policies and safety rules
• Building your book of business, converting first-time prospects, and retaining members
• Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
• Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
• Caring for reputed company - clean and maintain equipment and facility
• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention
• Promoting retail products and therapeutics for at-home care and maintenance

Requirements:

• Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Professional certification or expertise in any of the following disciplines - Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Pilates, Dance, or Yoga Instructor
• Experience working in a fitness/wellness environment where you provide hands-on training with a client
• Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people
• Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company
• Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them reputed company goals
• Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
• Must be available to go through our 3-day Flexologist Training Program, which includes 20 hours of online tutorials and 3 days of in-person/hands-on training, and 20 hours of post-training practical application
