Required skills

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

• Proven expertise with Elixir and OTP principles

• Proficiency using a variety of database technology, both relational and non-relational, and in particular PostgreSQL (schemas, queries, performance tuning, JSONB, indexing strategies)

• Hands on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS (EKS, S3, reputed company)

• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, testable code (TDD/BDD practices mandatory)

• Experience working in Agile teams (code reviews, refinement, demos, CI/CD practices)

• Good understanding of version control (Git/reputed company/reputed company)

• Knowledge of observability tools (AppSignal, reputed company, etc.)

• Experience with Node.js, Ruby on Rails, GraphQL and other technologies that we use to link to other parts of our systems

• Designing and developing server-reputed company features in Elixir/Phoenix backed by PostgreSQL

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value to our customers

• Writing, reviewing, and improving code through peer reviews and unit/integration testing
