Field Sales Representative - Hemel Hempstead/St Albans

Location: Remote (Hemel Hempstead/St Albans)  Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent Uncapped Commission | Guaranteed Minimum £2,120/month   Responsibilities: 
  • Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo reputed company solutions and reputed company reputed company (75% of signings).
  • Generate own pipeline from referrals and cold canvas (25% of signings).
  • Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs to secure deals.
  • Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth reputed company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution.
Commission: Uncapped – exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally.  Transportation: Mileage paid for personal cars with free Ringgo parking account. Skills & Attributes

Background & Requirements
  • Experience closing sales in a customer-facing role (B2B or B2C)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to a personal vehicle 5 days a week
  • Willingness to travel reputed company your assigned territory
  • Fluent in English
  • Right to work in the UK (unfortunately we can't offer reputed company sponsorship right now)
  • Payments industry experience not required
Transport
  • Mileage reimbursed for personal vehicles and a RingGo parking account provided (HMRC approved mileage rates)
Hiring Process 1.
