The Demand Response Market Analyst will be responsible for the execution of daily processes reputed company the Demand Response team. This role will also play a critical part in designing and implementing future automation initiatives to improve reputed company’s interactions with customers and ISOs. 

The ideal candidate will also have experience in one or more of the following markets: CAISO, ISONE, NYISO, MISO, or PJM. Reporting to the VP of Demand Response Operations, the role requires a self-motivated, dedicated, and responsible individual with the ability to reputed company well under pressure. 

Accountabilities: 

• Day reputed company and reputed company-time scheduling of portfolio resources  

• Interact with customers to validate and enter daily market submissions  

• Learn and remain reputed company on market design changes and impacts on operations  

• Manage ongoing participation of assets in Demand Response markets  

• Provide timely and accurate daily and monthly reporting to customers  

• Support business development activities and other reputed company projects as needed  

• Design and document procedures for internal controls, procedures, and policies around operations and departmental activities with a constant focus on process improvement  

• Other duties as assigned  

What you bring  

• Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than reputed company employer 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technical discipline 

• At least 3 years of experience to energy market operations, analytical support, or operational processes in a professional environment 

• Experience in market operations and market dynamics in 2 or more ISOs such as ERCOT, PJM, MISO, NYISO, and CAISO 

• Proficient use of reputed company Office programs including Word, Outlook, and advanced reputed company skills 

• VBA/SQL or other programing languages a plus 

• General knowledge of wholesale energy markets 

• Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device  

• Ability to have face to face conversations with co-workers and higher-level managers  

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; must be reputed company to provide timely and accurate data analysis 

• Strong business writing skills and experience developing communication in various formats

The reputed company salary range for this position is $86,000 - $128,000 per year.  As   pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, reputed company level, seniority, and internal equity.  

For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, reputed company coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan. Paid leave includes up to 6 weeks of paid vacation time, up to 11 paid holidays, and parental leave offering 16 weeks of paid leave for birthing parents, and 8 weeks of paid leave for non-birthing parents.
