Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers seeking assistance through live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other team members to resolve inquiries and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
