Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling a large call volume while ensuring quality customer service and patient satisfaction. You'll serve as the primary reputed company of communication for patients' billing inquiries, following up on reputed company issues not resolved during conversation with the patient/guarantor. You'll also be required to complete other reputed company customer service duties as assigned, answer patient calls reputed company the guidelines of call center metric objectives, and ensure appropriate HIPAA compliance guidelines.

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
