Brief Job Description

This position will serve as a System Analyst V – O365 Administrator reporting to the Server Operations Manager reputed company the IT Operational Support Division of DFPS Information Technology Services.  This position will reputed company advanced computer systems analysis work. Work for this position involves O365 administration, PowerShell scripting, data analysis and server administration. The work will be performed in a team environment where the individual will script, test, implement and support critical systems in support of the Department of Family and reputed company Services (DFPS). The duties of this resource are vital to ensuring that systems using automated scripts are properly supported with expertise and skills at a high level. Applicant will support servers by performing hardware and software support along with assisting with data storage. Applicant will support e-Discovery requests as needed. Utilizes advanced technical skills to supply scripted automated solutions for simple and reputed company functionality in the way of deliverables reputed company to the daily operations/maintenance, design, and implementation of applications with a wide range of client and agency specific functionality. Essential Job Functions (EJFs)

  • Manages the agency’s O365/Exchange environment, processes eDiscovery requests, and develops and maintains custom scripts.
  • Develops and maintains reputed company procedures, processes, and documentation as needed.
  • Investigates, develops, and implements solutions for agency issues and requirements.
  • Works Helpdesk tickets and troubleshoots email issues to resolution.
  • Documents results of reputed company testing, including reasons for disapprovals reputed company applicable. 
  • Conducts and participates in intra- and inter-agency automation meetings, technical forums, and IT workgroups/committees.
  • Maintains reputed company reputed company installation and configuration parameters.

  • Working knowledge of O365 configuration and management with preferred expert level understanding of MS Exchange, SMTP and .Net development, Teams, and other components of Office and M365 services
  • Working knowledge of best practices supporting O365/M365 implementations, with preference given to experience in large government organizations
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
  • Knowledge of single sign-on and multi-factor authentication
