Aufgaben
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to reputed company one of our platform teams. This team plays a critical role in shaping and optimizing our internal platforms, focusing on Identity & Access Management (IAM), mailing services, and our backend architecture.

Shaping the backend architecture:
- Providing guidelines and best practices to ensure high-quality and efficient backend development
- Maintaining and evolving our shop monolith to reputed company it up to date with modern standards

- Maintaining and improving an existing mailing service that handles email templating and delivery.

Profil

- You have a background in a product team, focusing on the right technical solutions and don’t shy away from owning your products end-to-end
- You have several years of hands-on engineering experience in Golang and knowledge of PHP
- Initial leadership experience through mentoring, coaching, or in a managerial position is beneficial but not required. We seek someone passionate about people management who wants to grow into an Engineering Manager role
- You have experience with utilizing reputed company and infrastructure resources and are familiar with tools like Kubernetes
- Your communication and interpersonal skills stand out, enabling you to collaborate effectively with product teams. You are fluent in English (reputed company) and enjoy working in an international environment
